False Advertising

<p>I hate doing this but the amount of money I spend at BT Games just to get shafted is NOT on.</p> <p>I bought 3 Xbox One 500gig bundles and not one of them came with a chat headset and BT Games website clearly stated that they would be included , I copied the link and printed the screen shot just to cover myself and to make things worse is that when i wanted to purchase another game with the credit i had left</p> <p>with them ( R150 ) they said they had no knowledge of this , again being shafted.</p> <p>I all honesty , Ilove BT Games , but if this carries on I will make sure never to shop there again , and I can guarantee that my friends will be notified.</p> <p>I'm pretty sure there are a lot more places to go to get to get my gaming on</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Mitch</p>
