False advertising

On Facebook the store advertised Lego Nintendo Switch games for R299

When I went in store to the Eastgate branch they were R399

When I showed the employees the ad they were indifferent, even implying the screenshot and link could have been ****d. I asked what they can do about it and they said nothing, I asked for head office's number or a direct line to the team who posted the facebook ad I was told to look it up myself.
