Failed to stock Fifa 19 Pre-Order for Release Date

I always heard that BT Games Vincent Park Mall in East London was terrible and had poor service, today I experienced. Fifa 19 Pre-Order releases today and guess what BT Games East London does not have it. I was at the store by 7.45am and they had not opened, I wondered why. The store manager arrived just before 8.00am and says that their Fifa 19 order was sent to Hyde Park Mall or something silly like that. What kind of BS is this? Do you guys realise how bad this looks to all the customers who pre-ordered one of the biggest games in the world?
