Extremely Dissatisfied with BT Games Clearwater and Head Office Service

I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service I received from BT Games Clearwater and their head office. We entrusted them with our son's PS4 for repair on April 26th, 2024, with the understanding that it would take approximately 6 weeks. However, the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Initially, we were not provided with a quote, despite the promise of a 6-week turnaround time. Numerous follow-up visits and calls yielded no concrete information until June 19th, 2024, when we finally received a quote after nearly 2 months of waiting. The quote itself was exorbitant and came with the additional insult of a further 10-15 working days for repairs.

When we expressed our frustration, we were met with excuses and empty promises from both BT Games Clearwater and their head office. Emails went unanswered, and the only consistent communication was to inform us of further delays. Finally, after over three months of waiting, we were informed on July 12th, 2024, that the technician was unable to repair the motherboard due to a critical fault.

This entire experience has been a colossal waste of time and effort. The incompetence and lack of professionalism displayed by BT Games Clearwater and their head office are shocking. They not only failed to meet their own timelines but also failed to communicate effectively or manage our expectations.

Frankly, I am appalled by the level of service provided. It is clear that BT Games Clearwater and their head office prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and fail to uphold basic standards of service and communication. We will certainly be taking our business elsewhere in the future and caution others against trusting this establishment for any repair or service needs.
