Dont shop before closing time!

I bought a game on the 10/11/15 just before closing time and the debit payment went of twice, the manager promised me that the double debit will be returned back to my account within 48 hours. Two days later nothing returned and i had to spend my entire lunch break at the bank to get the money returned. BT Games did abselutely nothing, just gave me empty promises. Please be extra carefull when you shop before closing time at the Cape Gate BT Games and if the card machine goes of dont swipe again, even if manager promises that the payment did not go through.
