Do not use BT games at Mimosa mall!!!!

They actually think it's funny when you go there as a non gamer and want to purchase a game for someone. I asked them they're names and asked if we can come back to ask if we don't understand how to use it then he is sarcastic to say even if I know his name he doesn't understand what I'm saying.I've asked them if the game is returned unopened within 7days if you get a refund they said yes but made it as if I'm stupid. I'm sorry but if I spend more that R12 000 at your little store, I expect you to be decent and helpful.

Those people are ridiculous and not helpful at all.
