Do not send your hardware to be "fixed" to BT Games

Took my kid's X box one controller in on the 23 Jan. Was given a quote a few weeks later and accepted it. Have been calling ever since and have been given the old " i will call you back story" or we cant locate the controller as it may be in the other batch that we did not get back. I m beginning to think they have used it for spares. Spoke to Thandeka on the 24 of March who said the technician will repair and send back. 7 April still no call to collect......
