Day light *******

I was there at the Kolonnade branch to pay for my PS 4 Pro and they did not have stock of the iteam and said they would get in the week. I then asked them if I could pay for the product and collect the following when they have it the cashier that was there with Blue hair said it would be fine and I paided. I then lost my slip but have a bank statement to show the following and yet they still dont want to refund my money or give me the product I bought. I told them this is day light ******* and how can you do this to me?
