Customers are nothing to BT games

Their customer service is absolutely SHOCKING! In no way do they want to help their customers and waver on a refund policy when it makes absolutely no sense. Good luck to staying open. Not even a 2 out of 10 average on hello Peter !! BT games, pull up your socks or you will not exist in the near future. Without customers what are you? Looks like you have lost another one.
