Customer service

In an age when digital gaming and streaming is making stores like bt games almost a thin of the past you would think they would do anything to keep business and not chase it away. I have been meaning say something for a while but after my last visit to a bt games store I can honestly say they can shove it. I'd rather pay more elsewhere than to deal with a bunch or rude arrogant kids who have no people skills. Particularly your canal walk branch. So sorry but will rather resort to purchasing from company who actually value the customer.
