This is the most ************* game shop ever my ps3 console was taken in last year and only lasted 6 months then broke again having the same problem as before I took it back 18 April 2018 and today is 2 June 2018 and still i don't have my console back if you phone the branch in The Glen they don't know if you phone Head office you get an attidute and threat that they won't fix your console
