btgames tygervalley waisting my money manager proofing the first time im right on pc then next day telling me no

Bought a elite controller for R2800 and the left stick is a bit of to the right on day one i play rainbowsiege with very low dead zones i had proof on a video and they tested it by there branch in tygervalley mall showing it on the pc that the x of the stick is of to the right even after that he said have to come back next day he nweds to test on a console and h did then they said cant replace because his character was not moving on its own he played halo and this made me mad because its way diffrent games and deadzones also counts certain games have diffrent sensitifity . they tested in on a pc in front of me and they all saw it was off to the right and they refuse to replace my controller after a day R2800 that i dont have aa a 20 year old guy i wil never buy again and advise you guys not to il make sure to take this further i wil not stopp till this gets seen by someone higher up bcause the teated in front of me on pc showing its off and thats enough for me and i saw it by my self playing with it and have proof on a video with controller in it never wil buy there dont buy there if you spending big money because if its faulty they wil find a way to not help you and not replace or give money back
