BtGames Tygervalley After proofing the controller left stick is off on there pc stil did not replace my new elite controller worth 2800Rand

I bought a xbox one elite controller by bt games tygervalley R2800 is alot of money for me to spend. On the day i bought it day left stick was faulty it was slightly of to the right i noticed this by playing my one game rainbowsiege my character was moving to the right slowly i play on low deadzones for better reaction. I took a video with the controller in it and my character moving on iets own to show then i went back next day showing the video the manager came to help and said he needed to test it and he did on the pc there was 3 bars showing on the pc showing how the left stick was balanced like x and y 2 bars was perfect in the middel for down and up but the x bar was slightly more to the right showing the stick was not correct even after the teating proofing my case and the video the manager said he must test it on a xbox i must come back the next day so i did thinking i wil be helped because they tested it on pc showing that its for a fact off they said they cant replace it because his character in the game was not moving on its own . so first this is the stupidest thing ive ever heard because every game is diffrent and the manager probably did not change the dead zone to low he tested it on halo and those 2 games are very diffrent they refused to replace my controller and cant be refunded because of it being opened . I wil never buy there again and advise you if you ganno buy something worth alot of money dont buy it because if something is wrong they wil find a way to not help you. R2800 controller already faulty on the day i bought it and they cant help me after showing proof of a video and proofing it on a pc showing how the stick is placed. the manager thinking he is clever tested it on one game that is not at all the same telling me now i cant get new one i wil go out of my way to make sure this gets noticed because i dont have 2800rand to waist i was spoiling my self with money i cant even probably waist and then this happens btgamestygervalley you guys are not worth the time and only wil ***** money thanx for nothing
