BTgames, a reap off,disgusted

Being reaped off by such a big company is disgusting. I returned a PC controller that wasn't working, bought Sunday returned same day a within a few hours. I was told by Jared Hosmby their employee,he will test on his computer , he did and he confirmed it's not working. Now I want my refund. I am told I must now wait for the supplier to test, and if the controller is not working the supplier will credit them and I must wait. Their policy is not stating all that, my transaction is between BTgames and myself not their supplier. Their employee confirms it is not working. Why must you refuse to refund, why must I wait for their supplier to test and credit them first. Steven Moore, you said that's your policy, I can take up if I want to. Yes I am, BT games, is not a reputable company, it reaps off customers , I am without a controller, you are earning interest from my R500 daily, you don't know when you are getting feedback from your supplier and I must just wait. No ethics, You are a reap off and I want my refund not matter what your supplier says. Never again in my life will I purchase anything from your store . You service is disgusting. Your very own employee confirms, this is not working yet you refuse me my money. Utterly Disgusted
