BtGame staff attitude stinks.

I went into the Pavilion store today and enquired about a mouse and keyboard. I seen them on the online store and called before hand and they confirmed they have it in store. The attitude of the two people behind the counter like they doing me a favor for buying from the store. I left and walked out because of this and went to another store who didn't have the item. I call my brother to go check your store again and then they check the back and all of a sudden have stock but their attitude was still the same. I asked them for a keyboard he asks me if I'm buying it before he brings it down, i ended buying what I wanted which was about 4k, you guys really need to sort your staff out because their attitude stinks, please review the cctv footage it was 12 miday 1st of May 2022, I always deal with you guys I even order my b&o speakers with the jhb store and they send it to pavilion. Send your staff for training. If their wife doesn't make them happy they don't have to take it out on paying customers.
