BT Games Worst Customer Experience Ever!!!

I have recently had the worst experience ever with BT Games at the Glen specifically. Not only am I forced to use store credit despite returning items in their original packaging but they put some of the items on sale and want to give me less credit than what I paid. The owner of the store is never avaialble. The head office is extremely flippant and clearly has no control of their stores.

I will never ever go to a BT store again.
