BT GAMES Vaal Mall and Johannesburg

Even one star is too much - zero zero zero stars - they have my playstation now for four weeks - still have not checked what is wrong with it. Nobody can tell us what is going on - one say the playstation is at head office the other one say they are waiting. Don't know what are they waiting for - maybe for the store to close the doors PERMANENTLY. They are useless
