BT Games Tygervalley defective products

BT Games sold me a faulty Gaming steering wheel. I purchased the item as a Xmas gift for my son. On Xmas morning he tried to set it up only to find that the brake pedal does not work. I returned the item to their Tygervalley store, only to be told that they can't test the item at the store cause they don't have a working Xbox, it will need to be sent away and the process could take a week. Now how is that for customer service or customer experience... it has been 3 days now and I have heard nothing back. I purchased a new item only to find that it was defective. Don't even know if the item was new to begin with or how many other customers they sold that same faulty wheel to. The staff were pretty much useless, just repeating what their process is. I will never purchase from BT Games again. I sent an email to their regional manager, and no reply. His email ***
