BT Games return policy sucks

My wife bought me a hoodie from BT games for my birthday. We realized that I already had that hoodie and spoke to head office to see if we could exchange for something else They have a 10 day return / exchange policy and my birthday fell outside the 10 days

Head office refused to do an exchange or even store credit

Now need to find a new store for all my gaming / anime merch
