Bt games Repair shop

It's been over 2months since I toke in my gaming controllers at Northgate Bt games which has currently closed down . Few days after it closed down I got a call from Bt games Repair shop telling me that they have received my gaming controllers and the will inform me once they are fixed and ready to collect. 2 months down the line I call enquiring about my gaming controllers which they stil haven't fixed . I called early last week and I was told to give the technician time till friday to get them fixed . I call to today they told me they waiting to hear from the technician when he arrives today , like I'm just tired now about this whole situation cause this not fair .
