BT Games refuse to refund me

I went to BT Games in Vaal Mall on 27 January 2016 to request a refund for the PS4 Controller that I purchased on 10 January 2016. A very nice gentleman, Jonathan, assisted me and explained that they don't do refunds after 10 days. He said he would call HQ but only the next morning as they had all gone home. <br> I explained to Jonathan that we live in Golf Park which is 40 km away and we DO NOT go to Vaal Mall everyday!!! I try and avoid Malls altogether!! We like living in the countryside!!! Jonathan phoned me back on 29 January 2016 and said that HQ CANNOT allow the refund as it is passed the 10 day period. <br> It is brand new - has not been used AT ALL. We received a belated Christmas Gift of one. What must I do with 3 PS4 Controllers????<br> I demand a refund BT Games!!!<br> <br>
