BT Games - Refund Due. ******

My son arrived a week ago from the States. He is on Holiday in South Africa. On Friday the 1st of March 2019, he went to purchase something at BT Games for his Playstation 3. The sales person on duty never asked any questions. He assisted my son. Sold him a barcode for his Playstation 3. Accepted his American Debit card. When he got home the code would not accept. I went to the store the following Morning. There store policy is that they do not refund. I know of of this store. They sadly ******* people daily. Selling things that does not work. If the correct procedures and questions were asked then my son would not have purchased this code for his Playstation 3 BT games refuse, to refund him. I will not accept it. Are they that desperate for money. They employ people that does not have the experience. All I want is my sons money back. The service in this industry sucks big time.
