BT GAMES REFUND ATTITUDE
I had purchased a game for my son for his 13th birthday and in purchasing I asked what their return policy was, which she informed me as, as long as you have the slip and the game unopened you may return for an exchange or refund. He received his gift on the Saturday the 8th Feb, and my husband an him went 8 days after his birthday sunday 16th to exchange or return. He didnt find anything suitable so asked for a refund. The purchase was 1 day over THEIR 10 day return policy ( which I was NOT informed about) I dont make a habit of researching slips, just generally go on the WORD of their employees. BT GAMES Westville Pavilion phoned head office on the Monday to ask if they could refund it as it was only one day over. They refused. I phoned them myself and asked why and that it was my sons 13th birthday present and this limited him on what he could purchase for the R999.00 refund. Basically they said NOPE, not changing their minds we can only exchange. I am so disgusted with people that are not honourable like this. Put yourself in the shoes of the consumer. R999 IS A LOT OF MONEY for a 13 year old boy, let alone the parents. Your attitude toward this situation shows your lack of integrity as humans. After reading ALL the negative reviews on this page, tells me exactly what and who I dealt with. Good luck with your business....you clearly need it!!!!
