BT GAMES: Pathetic Refund Policies

My son bought a keyboard which we were told is compatible to the PS4 console! On installing it, the keyboard couldn’t connect! BT Games first told us they need Regional Manager approval to refund us, between Monday to Friday! On taking it to Greenstone Mall, we advise that the keyboard cannot be returned because the box had a small tear at the opening! I’m absolutely disgusted at the service! Learn from Amazon! South African companies will never reach those heights because they are so short sighted! I will Never purchase at BT Games again!
