BT GAMES MENLYN - DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

BT Games Menlyn has the absolute WORST service ever. I bought a Monster supercross game from them bout 2 weeks ago. the disc was faulty, it allowed me to play the tutorial for the game and there after it gave me an error message which read " Communication error with playstation network". this error still occurs when I connect to the internet (which I thought was the problem, but clearly not) I could not go back or forward on the game and had to restart the playstation in order to get rid of that error message. I took the game back to BT games and they replaced it with a new game (same game). I then went home and tried to play the game, but this time it did not even allow me to play the tutorial (even after deleting it from the console and reinstalling the game). BTgames then gave me the suppliers number so that they can help me troubleshoot the problem, but they were not helpful AT ALL! I was just transferred from one person to the next then put on hold and then the phone cut. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. BT games also refuses to give me store credit to get another game as they say that they tested it in their console and it worked perfectly fine.

I even took 2 videos on separate occasions as evidence.

I want store credit or a refund!!! THAT IS ALL!.
