BT Games Mall@Carnival

I asked for some information regarding a game a wanted to buy and suddenly the one staff member sprung up grabbed the game and spoke to me in a very unacceptable tone as if he was so irritated about the fact that I asked for some information. I was very upset and I won't ever buy from this store again! I don't have time for rude people like that.
