Bt games is the worst game store EVER.

I would much rather have given bt games cape gate no stars. Absolutely the worst store i have ever been to, staff are useless and should learn about customer service all they can say is uhm. I bought a brand new game that doesn't work but they can't do anything about it. They took the game i payed for and i can't get it back because the supervisor has it at his house and its weekend but i brought the game in earlier in the week, and the trading hours are Monday-Sunday how is that for customer service. If so many people are complaining about the same thing how can you not care or see that it's wrong just because you lose money from a broken item. Its pathetic and not the first problem i have had with bt games. Don't give bt games the benefits of the doubt next time you do you might be the unlucky one who buys a product that doesn't work.
