BT games is a ****ing ****hole.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I purchased an an xbox controller from bt games and it was faulty. I returned it to the shop 3 months after purchasing it. They refused to exchange it and instructed me to contact their supplier myself to get it sorted.
