Bt games has become sad

It's rather dissapointing for one of South Africa' leading shops in gaming has now become a waste of money time and effort to support the hard copy stores known as BT games. It's not the first time I have had a problem at this shop, but it's my own fault for not habing done this in the past. I called into the store to confirm they had stock on hand, which I was affirmed they do have. So I paid for and purchased my controller online, to get the online discount. I then chose the option of going to collect it (trying to save myself some money) I then realised even using PayGate doesn't make your transaction immediate, my problem with this was I only found this out once I had drove all the way out to the store, which might I add my home is a good distance away from the closest store. So I calmly drove home, to return their a day later which is today, I arrived after receiving my second email saying the transaction is complete and I had received my invoice. Driving all the way back out to the store to get told I will have to wait for them to call me, even though the stores assistant manager was holding my controller right in front of me. I could not collect my controller because of their system, so I asked to be credited for my online purchase because I will pay it in cash to go home with it today. The store manager then told me I will be paying an extra R100 for purchasing it in the store, so what I'd like to make very clear to any and everyone is don't rely on BT games for your 2020 black Friday specials, because in the end you'll spend the same amount of money you would have saved in discount on time and fuel.
