BT Games employees are rude....

Terrible service from BT Game this morning at Blue Route mall. My son is a crazy Fortnite fan and was there to but him a sweater. Having basically zero knowledge of the game I took my time looking for the perfect sweater to get him for his birthday tomorrow. Guy working there showed no willingness to assist me and was quite rude when I was paying for the sweater. He didnt even give me a bag saying they dont give bags for their products which I know if a lie.

Worst BT Games experience ever.....
