BT Games East Rand - Be aware

On +/- 25 March i visited the shop looking for a PS3 game for my son. They did not have in stock and said that they can pull stock from another shop , and that we will have the game before the Easter weekend. We had to pay for the game in full upfront which we did. I was told i will get a sms confirmation that never happened. We made telephonic inquiries without any joy or receiving any calls back as promised. On Sunday 1 April i went back to the shop to get a full refund , i was faced with a lot of excuses , form their drivers that was to busy sorting out all the shops stock for the Easter weekend , to the fact that the vat has changed to 15%. All they did not blame was the fuel price. There was even phone calls made to their Regional Manager (this was just a waste to time and energy). Bottom line they have no customer service , don't sort out any problems , but are very very eager to take your money and make promises they cant keep. I still don't have my refund or the game. will never deal with them again and will not recommend the to anyone. Please be aware.

They would rather keep a customers money and gain interest on it , the facing custmers and give them the service they deserve , at the end of the day it is the customers that keeps their doors open , a concept that even their Regional manager does not understand.
