Bt Games - don't Pre-Order! Kollonade Branch

<div>On Oct 9 2023 I pre-ordered Metal Gear Solid master collection, and selected the "pick-up" option for delivery. On the day of release(24 Oct) they simply send a message saying they dont have stock. When I phoned them to find out what is happening, they just said they dont know and they cant find out, "they are not allowed to ask why stock is late" and that I(the customer) will have to phone around to find an answer why they dont have stock or when it will be there.

Eventually reached someone at head-office with "the rights to tell me something" and they simply said the stock is on its way, should be there the next day...it is now three days later, the game has been released all around the world and it is being sold by multiple retailers, and yet BT games still cant fulfill a pre-order.

This is not my first run in with them, in the past they *****ed up 2 other pre-orders, where i ordered collectors editions, and when i get there to collect, im simply told, "sory didnt have enough stock, heres a standard edition".

Dont buy from them, and if you dont have a choise for some reason, definately dont pre-order from them.</div>
