BT Games doesn't have retention client strategy

This morning (04/04/2015) at 11:09 I purchased a Xbox 360 game from BT Games in Keywest Mall, the sales person as per the till slip is KW-Nonie Tsotso. The game I am referring to is Don Bradman cricket 2014 which I paid R599 for (The game was purchased new). I took the game home and when I played it I realised the following: The game doesn't have the official player names and tournaments of cricket and you aren't able to play two players on the same team. On the same day at 14h50 I returned to the mall and dealt with a gentleman called Willy. I explained to Willy my problem and asked him what his return policy is. He said that he won't be able to do a refund o swop it for another game, he will only be able to offer me a price of R150 for this game with a very arrogant nature. Not even 4 hours later when I returned this is what they offered. When I purchased the game no one warned me about the fact that the official players is not in the game they had the opportunity to warn me about this however it was more important just to administer the sale. No sale person explained the return policy to me. I am spending huge amounts monthly to be treated like this.
