BT Games careless handling.

I few months ago I took my PlayStation 4 into BT Games Cresta for repairs. On the day I took it in, an employee dropped it on the floor and didn’t say a word to me, I proceeded and sent it in anyways. The only problem with my PS4 when I took it in was a broken HDMI Cable. When I received a quote for R1850 I was shocked. I didn’t go through with it and told them to send it back to their Cresta branch where I could collect it and pay a R200 handling fee. When I got home, I noticed that my Playstation now had a crack, was lob-sided, and the power button doesn’t even work anymore so I have no way of turning it off besides pulling the plug, which damages the PlayStation. I now have even more problems with my PlayStation than when I took it in, which is honestly ridiculous.
