BT Games Canal Walk appauling service

<p>Popped into BT Games Canal Walk which I rarely do seeing as most of my game purchases are done online but had some extra cash to burn at the time and thought I'd give the brick n mortar store some love. I know they always have very bad customer service as the staff just sits behind their counter and chit-chats away not attending to any custimers. I went straight to the counter and queries if they have any copies of GOW4 Ultimate Edition in stock. Staff member asked me if I pre-ordered, I said no. Then he rudely said "Then NO GOW4 for you". This while his manager was standing right there. I then left the store and ordered it right away from a online store who delivered it the very next morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never set my feet in any of your stores again. At this rate you treating your customers you might as well just shut your doors.</p>
