BT games CANAL WALK!

<p>Just received the worst service from the MANAGER at BT games in Canal Walk. We called up to ask if we could pay for our pre-order of fifa 17 - The assistant said yes. Today we get there, trying to ask questions and instead we get told abruptly that we cannot do that as prices could change etc. She then goes on to attack every comment/question coming from our side about the actual game and the different editions. How about giving the customer a chance to speak & providing us with sound advice instead of trying to show that you know better? It felt like we were the staff being told off by an angry customer the way we were being addressed. I contacted Steven Moore (complaints department) let's see if anything comes from it.</p>
