Bad attitude... manageress literally had bad attitude. My son asked if he could change a game. That he actually bought there not long back. Game looked in great barely scratched condition. Manageress said its too scratched. I asked politely do they only accept new games to trade. So she grabbed the game and said she will buy itself. Blonde short lady. Didn't get the name. I never write out complaints ever. But that put my day off because my son was looking forward . There were better ways for customer service.
