BT GAMES bad service

<p> a ps3 game was given to my son for christmas.when he opened the present he sais he had the game already.on monday 26 12 2016 i phoned the store and spoke to juan lois who told me i can swop for another.i rode from thabazimbi earlier to make the store open only to be told that a traded game cannot be exchanged.seems like making a sale is all that matters to this company and i personally have supported them at the other branch but i think its time to find another store and to inform others not to purchase here as ther are most definitely other stores with better policies</p>
