BT Games are utter assholes

Absolutely pathetic service. Pre-ordered a console on November 30th. The day before Christmas and not only don't I have my order, but apparently no staff can find my order and Iv not even been added to the list of recipients for ordered consoles. This company has 100% of my money and I have 0% of what Iv ordered. This company is nothing but ***** and *******.
