BT games and there terrible service

<p>BT games...there's nothing good to say about them...**** service through out...walk in customers can't even buy games need to pre order...then I get told I must come in 4 to 5 days and then I can collect one... uhmmmmm... phoned today still nothing for walk in customers!! In my opinion rather buy games else where!!! You'll pay the same get better trade in values and service will obviously be better!!</p>
