Broken Controller sucked into black hole

Dropped off a broken controller beginning of the year.

Was called with an expensive quote which I had no choice but to immediately accept.

Was told it would be a couple months.

Never heard back. Tried calling the store, they can’t phone out to give me feedback.

They called head office, apparently they are working on it.

Sent an email, never heard anything.

Not sure what to do....
