BAD SERVICE & BAD ATTITUDE

I purchased a Wii Game for a friend as a gift and only found out that it was a Wii U 3 weeks later when the I presented it to him.<br> <br> With one game in the plastic and the other opened I approached the store in May and was refer to the head office who I only managed to get a hold of a few weeks later.<br> <br> I spoke to Steven Moore at the head office and he was very abrupt and stated that my query was a \joke". This is a very unprofessional organisation who is not prepared to assist it's patrons.<br> <br> Steven was not very helpful"
