Bad service

I bought a game from BT Games on the 3rd of Febuary 2019 and one of my questions was do i need online to play this game wich i got the answer no and nor the the sales team notify me that some parts of the game need to be downloaded to play in offline mode. So at this point the game does not mean anything to me me and BT games want only want to give me R280 back for the game wich i think is not fair at all.
