Bad service

<p>Hi all well here is my story about BT games east gate . I have a habit of when I buy a game I don't play it straight away I finish what I have and then start a new one so one day I went to bt games east gate to buy a game and I bought call of duty ghosts so I've kept the game for some two months or so and I decided that i have to many to play right now let me take this game and about ten more to get credit for so when I get to the store they looked at the games and said that why do I have a ps3 cover and ps4 disk (call of duty ghosts) I said i don't know this is the first time I took notice and did not realize this and so I said I'm not sure I bought it from them and that's how it was sold to me so I said what must I do now cause I don't own a ps4 consol and can't they do something about it cause I don't have the slip and they said no and I said but this is not my fault it's thers and its got there price on it so they said no . So I'm upset cause I paid over R200 for this stupid game and I can't even use and I find there services are **** and even when I take games back they would not take a game that was buffed I mean really why not how stupid and then there was another game with some scratches and it still works and they won't take it but they quick to sell you one that has scratches on it and they don't even check the **** they sell you and what's up with the stupid ID thing just to buy a game I hate it so much so I don't know I'm tired of there bull **** and there stories and there dumb ass rules and bad service</p>
