Bad market pricing policy & bad attitude

<p>I called Steven Moore at BT Games Complaints this morning and mentioned that I paid R599 for a "pre-played" version of FALLOUT 4 on PS4 from their Greenstone store ( A new version of this game at BT Games is R899). I then discovered that the very same game (new version) at DION Wired is R670 and I queried this drastic market price disparity with Steven as a consumer & the attitude was "tough ****" as this is our market set price take it or leave it?? Guess where I wont be purchasing any games from again. It pays to check as a Consumer for fair market prices especially when it comes to BT Games and I intend to take this up with the Consumer council purely based on the lack of Customer centricity.</p>
