Bad Headset and Bt Games telling me nonsence

I bought new headset at carnival Mall on 22 October 2019 at evening, this headset aint working nicely, it giving me headaches and nauses, When I want a refund on this headset, and when i contact the store they come with stories i already contacted Razer support they told me if they dont give me refund as it still in there 10 days refund policy they will take action.
