Bad Customer service

Hi BT Games,<br> <br> I went to BT games last night with the intentions of buying a PS4 game but the customer service was undermining and unprofessional. I walked into BT games roughly before 6/7 (close to closing time) and the door was still open. Upon arrival I started looking at a few potential games and five minutes later a lady walked to the door and closed it. I was expecting her to help me but she stood by the door with an attitude that imp**** \leave now\". The gentlemen at the counter, out of nowhere, whispered SIR WE ARE CLOSED (I was expecting how can we help you). I rep**** by saying I am still looking at a few games, the response was **** and she looked at the lady at the door with an undermining look which imp**** get this idiot,loser,**** out of here. I tried to speak to the lady for more info regarding the games but her responses were not of a person who wanted to help a customer but rather of a person who didn't want me there. Please if you need me to identify the employees let me know and I will gladly come to the store. They treatment was undermining and disrespectful towards me and it has lost you business. <br> <br> <br> <br> "
