Bad attitude towards clients

BT games Tokai, Cape Town. Attitude from the employee's was shocking. Asking on availability of a game I was told with attitude that there was no stock and that no stock would be made available for people not pre ordering. I told the staff I am not interested in pre-orders and I was chased out the shop with the staff telling me that this is how retail works. I'm boycotting BT games as a result
