Bad attitude of note

On Friday the 15th of December we went to BT game clearwater at about 20:15 at night, we sow an add in the newspaper with the 1tb Xbox ons console for R4399.99 with one remote and two games Call of Duty WWii and ********'s creed origins. And the 500gig for R5399.99 with the same stuff. As we walk in the I went to the lady at the desk asking if they have it. With out even saying a word she just moved a piece of paper to me which said that it was n typo. Which I understand but she had such a bad attitude! I then said sorry but the price it see is the price I pay, then she said "well I can not sell it to you it was a mistake" still in the baddest attitude ever! If she wasn't so rude I would've just left it and Bought it for the real price! But this was not the first time we had an incident with BT game clearwater and the same red/purple head lady! A month ago while I was picking up my SIMS 4 pre ordered game my fiancé asked if they have a Hard drive for the xbox one and she just said no. Nothing els just no!!! When my Fiancé got his Pre ordered FIFA 18 game also from BT games Clearwater he did mot till this day receive his codes for the extra packs! When we asked same woman just said. All the SMSs was sent from our side. Not can we look in to it NOTHING!!! I will never ever sit my foot into that BT games again! We bought the Xbox one console at Cradlestone for R4399.99 Your bad attitude staff just cost you a sale and more sales in the future to come!
