As always, poor experience

So an even poorer experience then yesterday, so I happen to phone them today as to find out why I didn't receive my dlc for the new Spiderman, which by the way I pre-ordered, only to be told that the cutoff time was 2 o'clock, "2 o'clock" when, the day it releases, two days or more. My point is as always BT Games fail to deliver. ?
